Testimonials

Here are testimonials from Ticket Assassin members who have used the material on this site to contest their traffic ticket. If you have used the Ticket Assassin material to fight your ticket (sucessfully or not), we'd like to hear from you. Please send us a note! Please include the city where you live and the city where you received your ticket.

I have edited some of the letters for clarity or length (but none for spelling). In these cases, the original letter can be read by clicking the "read whole testimonial" link which follows the signature. Also, I've highlighted some of my favorite testimonials at the top in the red box below.

My favorite testimonials:

Pat, I want to thank you for providing me with the proper information to beat this ticket. I have won EIGHT tickets in the past 2 1/2 years (and have all the paperwork to prove it!) using your services including my last victory. Thanks again for everything! You saved me tons of money on my insurance! ---Chris T.

Dear Pat,
I received a red light camera ticket
in October of 2004 while on vacation with a rental car in California. By using your site and your personal help, I had a trial by written declaration in which I used your two-pronged defense of refusing to incriminate myself as being the driver of the vehicle as well as the defense of there being no proof of the violation... I FINALLY received a response from the court this past Saturday (3/28/05), and they are dismissing my case and will refund my $341 bail that I posted in December... 4 months ago! I want to personally thank you for your help and for the wonderful resources on your site. Without your help, I could never have known how to even protest this ridiculous ticket, let alone actually protest and WIN the case! I honestly can't thank you enough for your help and for your site. I am definitely more than happy to have paid you the minor fee you charge for your service... I still saved over three hundred dollars!
Keep up the fight,

Seth H., Chicago, IL

Hi Pat,
Man, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got a letter from the court, it reads In case of people of CA vs. me bla-bla-bla you were found NOT-GUILTY"!!!! Wawawaw, I'm so happy. You know your stuff! I have already recommended you to two of my friends with recent tickets.
THANK YOU!!!!

Evgeny F.

Ticket Assassin Note: This member was told by a rural court that he could not do a TBD since he did not live more than 100 miles from that court. The Ticket Assassin has seen this sort of court "local rule" scam before. Typically such distance rules are never adopted by the court formally but invented to deter contesting by out-of-town drivers. I pointed out to the member the appropriate vehicle code section (CVC40902) which allows a Trial by Declaration "upon demand" without any distance criteria. This is the member's e-mail response after confronting the court clerk:

So to update, I called the court house today and asked why I couldn't have a TBD and referred to the vehicle code not giving any limit on miles away from the court. The gal said "that's our policy, but I'll look into it. Please hold." A few minutes later she comes back and says "you're correct, let me look into it further" then she took my name and docket number. A few minutes on hold and she came back and said "I have a copy of the letter we sent you and you are right, it is wrong. Your TBD paperwork is on its way".

Once again, thanks for the help!

Hey Nate and Pat,

I just wanted to let you know, I've now fought 4 speeding tickets and a "illegally stopped on the side of the freeway ticket" as a result of what I learned on this website. I've used the fight by mail, and the new trial method to beat the system. All of it has worked. While I've never had to resort to the "I'm not guilty defense", I've done very little to get out of very expensive tickets.

I am finally getting around to paying for this service as a result of remembering that I owe you guys a bundle of thanks for the many dollars you saved me. So, thanks! And if you want to quote me, PLEASE DO.

Knowing that I am able to dig up what I used to fight my tickets and donate it to the website, I really think that part of the shareware concept should be that others need to give back. It would make this site an unbelievably useful tool.

Ticket Assassin,

YOU REALLY ROCK.. After several nail biting days ,I finally had my Trial De novo. My cop showed up and he gave me a picture of my citation. He was soft spoken but really smug. I was over prepared I had notes taken from the outstanding e-mails that you sent to me, and I had a big picture of my license. He said "I gave you the evidence that I am going to use; now show me your evidence." I showed him several papers with great notes on it. He saw my blown up license photo and said, "Are you going to say you were not the driver? I said,"I will not say that I am." He went away. Then I was called and the judge said, "YOUR CASE IS DISMISSED." I received my red light citation in February.

If I had not come across your web site, I would never had known that fighting any type of ticket was possible. Who said that you can not fight City Hall? Please tell all you subscribers that they should not ask for traffic school unless they are found guilty There were many cases that were dismissed because the cop did not show. You guys are the very best, and my hat is off to you all. Thanks a million.

Incredibly Relieved, K.

August 22 , 2007

Thanks Patrick with you valuable help in defeating a red light camera citation I received in Van Nuys. It took the court about 3 months to forward their decision, but I received notice of dismissal yesterday. My argument was based on a unclear photo, the fact that the photo looked like someone in their 20's (I'm 57), and that I have 5 cars and several employees who drive them all (well maybe not my new GT3RS). Additionally, the time from the line was only .002 seconds though I don't know if that had any influence.

So thanks you again, your service was the primary reason I beat this ticket.

Sincerely:

John G.

Hi Patrick,

I just wanted to share the great news and let you know that your defenses helped to find me not guilty of 22349(a).

Your website rocks and and you help me save 250 bucks, not to mention all the other bull..... Thanks again. I can't tell you how much of a relief this is now to know I have a chance against this institution.

Dear Patrick.

I am the one who contested my traffic Light Camera ticket on grounds that it actually pushed me through the intersection with its flashing lights from the behind. It was honestly the truth. GOOD NEWS: The court finds the defendant "Not Guilty"! And, Clerk Shall refund to defendant the following amount: $361.

Just wanted to give you the feedback and thank you for the great ordinary citizens' resource. It was worth every penny of my contribution to your site, and more.

Best wishes;

Patrick the services you offer are not only amazing but they yield RESULTS! So I received a letter from the court announcing I'll be receiving a refund check in the next week or two, except they minus a $10 dollar process fee. This was a close to $800 bail amount case and Patrick saved me time not with trial by declaration, and more importantly, a in-you-face to the Man. Patrick I own and manage a local swim team and I'll be more than happy to link your web addy on our website.

Actually, since the last I wrote you I received a dismissal in the mail. Needless to say I am very excited about this. I am so glad that I used your service. I really could not afford to give up $531.00. I hope they get that check to me soon. I am going to tell all my friends to use your service. Even if you don't win it at least gives you the satisfaction of having tried.

Once again, Thank you very much for your service and hopefully I won't need it again any time soon.

hi Patrick and other Tix Assassins -

just last night i finally received the decision of the CA Superior Court concerning the old triple/double ticket put on me by that eager rookie/vet Okland PD team and it says: Case dismissed!

didn't quite expect to get that kind of clear verdict this time since i admitted to doing 37 in a 30 mph zone if only for a couple seconds
but my arcane argument must have carried some weight as must have my heeding your suggestion to pre-empt hearsay but making it a big issue - in short : Thanks again for your fabulous help and sheer smart existence! may the unfair be made to eat the dirt they dish out - for as often as possible! and especially if they represent The Law!

Hi Patrick,

Just a quick note to let you know that I received a letter from the court yesterday stating that my ticket has been dismissed and that my $151 will be returned to me within 60 days.

My defense was based on maximum/minimum speed law and your paced speed defense (no radar unit or cruiser number was cited on the ticket either).

I've recommended your website to a number of my colleagues-I think you do a great job.

All the best,

Dear Patrick,

I wanted to report that my red light camera ticket was dismissed on May 29!! The City of San Francisco will be refunding my $380.90 within 8 weeks.

I used a variation of your letter basically saying the picture is poor and the driver wasn't me. The commissioner (G. Rosen-Park) asked me to submit 2 photos. After her review, the ticket was dismissed.

I'm very happy and thankful for your resources.

Thanks, Patrick.

Hi Pat!

MY CASE WAS DISMISSED!!! The officer never responded with his side of the story and my insurance rates are safe and sound. Not to mention the cash I saved in not having to pay a fine! Those thugs didn't get away with it this time!

Now I have to fight a ridiculous seatbelt ticket. (Which you already provided me arguments for. You are one awesome individual Pat.)
I tell everyone I know about Ticket Assassin!

Thank You!

Pat,

I wanted to thank you so much for helping me with my ticket. I received my response from the court over the weekend, and they are refunding my bail! I'm so glad I found you. I have told all of my friends about your site. I hope that I don't need to use you again, but it's good to know I have someone in my corner.

Cheers,

Dear Pat,

Today I got a form from the court saying my ticket was dismissed and that I'll have my bail refunded! The deciding factor seemed to be that the police vehicle number was not on the ticket. Thank you so much for your service.

Hello,
Just a note to tell you that I WON!!! Many thanks for your assistance, it was (obviously) dead on. Thanks again. Oh, did I mention
that I was thankful? It was fun to baffle them with bullshit and make them meet a bunch of standards that would be a pain in the ass for them. I will highly recommend you to anyone in the future. Did I remember to thank you?

Hi Patrick

I received the court decision on my case today and it finds me not guilty of 22349A. The defense I used is below. Creating it was as easy as cut and past - search and replace names.

Thanks much!

Patrick, I wanted to thank you for the information and guidance with sample letters you sent me to use for fighting a traffic ticket. I received a traffic ticket back in November 2006 for driving solo in the carpool lane. I followed your instructions and paid the bail ($361.00) and sent in a request for a Trial by Written Declaration. I filled out the Trial by Written Declaration form and sent that in with a letter stating why I thought I was innocent (using one of your sample letters).

My bail due date was on January 17, 2007 and once my form and letter was received I did not hear or see any updates on the status of my ticket until today (May, 2007).

I had called the court clerk to find out why it was taking so long for a decision to be made and was told that the judge may have been on vacation, etc. and that my form and letter was still waiting to be reviewed and until then no decision had been made. It now being May 2007 I decided to keep checking on the internet my status and just found out today that my case has been dismissed! I was so happy and relieved to find this out and even more happy to know that I will also get my refund of $361.00 back.

Thank you again!!

I just received my Not Guilty Notice. Your advice was worth every penny and more. I sent for the vehicle speed survey and it was 8 years old. I enclosed a copy to the courts with my arguments including radar calibration and beam angle spread and speed trap. I can't thank you enough. My victory is especially sweet, as the cop who stopped me lied about everything and stopped me miles from the place of the alleged violation and described driving behavior that was not mine. I don't know what drug he was taking, but he sure had a vivid imagination that day. Had I not stumbled upon your website, there was no way I would have known how to even plead by mail, as the Ventura Courts do not even offer this as an option and when I went to the court clerk, she gave me the wrong paperwork to complete.

Thank you again for sharing your knowledge, answering my questions and for your exhaustive research on traffic codes and violations.

Dear Pat,

I would like to share you the good news that i just won the first case violating CVC 22349(a). I got the letter from the court 2 days ago, and i was completely surprised. I really have to thank you for helping me writing the Statement of Facts to build up a good argument. I would've just wasted $151 without your help. Again i would like to give you my most sincere thanks, and i will definitely let all my friends and family know sbout ticket assassin. Hello Pat,

First and foremost, I wanted you to know that I received a dismissal in the mail from the LA Court regarding the Trial By Declaration.

Secondly, and most importantly I wanted to thank you for providing both the knowledgeable guidance and prompt responses to my questions. Quite frankly it exceeded expectations and your services are above and beyond the service standards I would have expected...

Wishing you the best!!!

Just returned from my Trial de Novo this afternoon and have followed Ticket Assassin's advice all the way through this process. You guys totally rock! You were right, the citing officer was a no show.

Sure, it was a rainy Friday afternoon, and the motorcycle officer did not bother to show up in court. And, although I had done some homework on this matter and spent a few sleepless nights thinking about my trial, I felt inadequately prepared to win this one and was willing to change my plea to a "No contest", ask for traffic school and pay the extra money for it if all else failed.

But just wanted to thank you again for all of your insightful help and reassurance on my behalf - you were terrific!

After 36 years of driving, my record remains unscathed thanks to you - no tickets ever (not even a parking ticket).

Best regards always and keep up the great work for the driving public of California.

Thank you so very much for all of your help and support, i fought my ticket (i alledgedly went thru a red light and was pulled over by a cop) and......I WON!!!!

I wrote a letter and requested the trial by mail, etc, and i won! I am so happy! This ticket was a $367 one and it would have ruined my perfect driving record, so i am very very pleased.

I will be sure to recommend your site to everyone i know, I am in Riverside county (this was in Temecula).

Thanks again!!

Hi Pat,

I can't thank you enough for your help. My red light camera ticket was dismissed and my full bail amount has been refunded! I can't believe it.

I did as you suggested and used the identity defense tactic, sent an edited version of the letter you sent and proceed with the trial by written declaration. To my complete amazement it worked. What a great feeling it was to open the letter from the court.

The modest fee for your advice was the best $25.00 I've spent in ages.

Gratefully,

I couldn't let a day go by without letting you know that the Superior Court of Santa Cruz has found me not guilty. You probably don''t remember, but I had received a radar ticket on the freeway while touring the central coast. The ticket was for 78 in a 65 and radar was the way they determined my speed. I used all of the radar defenses and they worked like a charm. My trial by declaration was painless and did not require me to leave Huntington Beach.

Thank-you for your help and you can be sure I will tell everyone I know about your services.

I thank you for all your help with my tickets. The past Christmas season, I got 2 speeding tickets in a row, BY THE SAME OFFICER!!! I then stumbled upon your site, and now I got traffic school for one and was founded not guilty for the other. I am getting a full refund of the second bail and a portion back from the first bail. December to April, it's been no fun worrying about my insurance going up, but your help saved everything. I figure this can go on your testimonial page.

All thanks to you and none to Officer Johnson.

April 16, 2007

Hi Pat...

I had already sent in my TBD prior to receiving this from you, but I did appreciate the advice in the event I had to do a Trial de Novo. I did, however, base much of my defense on your strategies from your website, so my investment was still worth it. I just received my Decision in the mail today, and I was found NOT GUILTY!

I was nabbed on radar going (allegedly) 90 in a 65 zone. When the CHP officer pulled up behind me, I actually sped up a little to allow him to get to the fast lane, which was probably a dumb thing to do at the time. Being the day before Thanksgiving, I saw them in heavy enforcement "trolling" the fast lane for victims, so I expected he wanted to get someone going faster.

Anyway, I used the defense where it was impossible for me to both adhere to the Maximum Speed Law, yet also adhere to the Basic Speed Law, when it was safer for me to speed up due to the officer's tailgating (and my presumption that he wanted to get to the fast lane).

Maybe this defense worked, but maybe the cop simply didn't turn in his paperwork? Anyway, thanks for your help... another success story!

Jeff

April 15, 2007

Dear Patrick,

It appears the wheels of bureaucracy have actually turned in my favor. I received notice that bail on my speeding ticket is going to
be returned. The only reference to the decision was there was "No TT declaration" which I take to mean the officer that pulled me over did not respond to my written declaration. In any case I equate the refund of bail to be a dismissal of the violation.

Amazing!

Thanx, Patrick

April 11, 2007

THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

Finally after almost 90 days of submitting my TBD (Trial-by-Declaration) form, I got my verdict (which is one of three choices: NOT GUILTY, GUILTY or DISMISSED).

Verdict for me: DISMISSED!!

Bail will be refunded ($114). All thanks to The Ticket Assassin! My guess is "DISMISSED" means that either the cop did not submit a defense or he did and judge dismissed it on a technicality. Either way I have no record of this and I get my bail back!

Thanks again Pat! You can use this e-mail to quote on your website. I already spread the word about your site to a friend of friend's mom who got a ticket for blowing through a red light.

I got my judgement today in the mail and was found NOT GUILTY!!! I can't thank you enough for the help in this matter. As a matter a fact my brother is an attorney in San Diego and said there is no way to fight a red light ticket. HA HA, it only cost me $25.00 not tens of thousands to go to law school to be WRONG!!! I will definelty refer my friends to your website when needed. Thanks again for saving my record and proving that there is somebody who will take the side of the public

I used to be in that 99% that just paid up when I got a ticket. Here's the short version of our win:

My son got a ticket from an officer who was at the intersection where the incident occurred in Bermuda Dunes. I taught my son from a little guy not to lie. Anyway, I took his word that he didn't run the light. That sent me looking for answers. I found your internet (site) paid my fee to you and followed your instructions(my daddy taught me to pay my way). We were just notified that "the court finds defendant not guilty."

Thanks for getting us into that 1%.

March 26, 2007

In a late change last Wednesday March 14th., I went to court again after I filed for a new trial, Like you told me on the website. I drive to court from work round trip from home 130 miles. I had all of my info. ready to try and beat this ticket, One which I have felt was bogus from the very start. Great news the cop did not show so I WON. It was never about the money, I proved this by donating the money to charity. $118. But with your help, and the grace of GOD, I received the result of NOT GUILTY.

WHAT A RELIEF!!!

THANKS A MILLION!!! FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP

March 19, 2007

Hi Pat,

Just wanted to email to tell you the results of my ticket. I sent in my Trial by Written Declaration about a month ago for the violation of passing on a double solid and speeding. Well, yesterday I got a letter in the mail from the court and was found Not Guilty!! Woo-hoo!! The reason stated is that the cop did not submit his end of the paperwork. I can't thank you enough for you and your site! I would have never thought to contest my ticket, but now that I did I have a $341 refund check coming in the mail! Thanks again for all your help.

Sincerely,

Dear Patrick,

I signed up on your website on behalf of my husband Ron at the beginning of January. He had gotten a ticket (wrongly!) for running a red arrow. That ticket had a price tag of 346 bucks. With traffic school included, that bumped the price up to 403 bucks. All for crime that wasn't even committed!

Based on the excellent information we got from you, we put together a beautiful written declaration. We submitted it on January 31, and -- after all these weeks of suspense -- we received the letter of dismissal today. I can't tell you how happy we are! While we're thrilled to be getting our money back, it's really secondary to how good it feels to have beaten a ticket that should never have been issued in the first place. You know what I'm talking about!

We just can't thank you enough for making us and so many others aware of the well-hidden legal avenue of the written declaration. Believe me, we'll be recommending The Ticket Assassin every chance we get. You're a genius, man! Thank you very much!

Yours truly,

Brilliant site. I do, however, think you should warn your members about another court scam - I work in the legal field and just ran into this myself - send ALL correspondence to the court via certified mail. I cannot stress this enough. The court doesn't process the mail until they get around to it. Meaning, it isn't entered into the computer or considered "received" until someone looks at it, which can be four to six weeks after you actually mailed it. They are not required to consider the postmark. It's just one more way they can tack on a failure to appear. I also recommend certified mail because one court employee ACTUALLY TOLD ME, "sometimes when the (unread) mail stacks up, we just throw it away."

Jennifer, H.

Ticket Assassin says: I do recommend certified mail to my members for all court correspondence. I wish I was surprised by what you revealed, but I'm not. The lack of professionalism at many traffic courts is stunning. I spend a fair amount of time helping members counter the indifference and incompetence of many court employees.

Thanks for your story!

Subject: Trial De Novo Victory

Okay, I finally had my day in court. Here are the details.

(The court was full of) Gawking rubes, definitely

I took a photo of just how tiny a Honda Civic is at 800' away..... Try a speck...

Anyway, my name was called.

It was a different judge... A Woman.... she wasn't very nice. I made my motion for dismissal in the interest of justice because of the missing unit numbered precluded me from doing discovery on the accuracy of the tool used to determine my speed.

She said I should have done discovery anyway and denied my motion....I am wondering what she was thinking here. Am I supposed to submit discovery in order for the prosecution to complete their case? Isn't the burden of proof on them?

Then the cop identifies himself and right where he would go into the usual litany about what happened, says he wants to dismiss it in the interest of justice because he lost his notes.

So score one for me and zero for the CHP.... He gave my folder a weird look and was probably wondering what the photo was for.....It was a picture taken on a city street showing just how far away 800 feet really is.

I even did calculations on how long he would have had to pace me given the distances mentioned in his trial by dec statement. 22 seconds is what I came up with not counting accelration eating up the distance.

But I won and that's what counts....

Thanks for your help and advice.... Also, this judge was continuing cases because the officer had requested it because of training etc... And these people were going for it.... I remember during another court session the judge asking if it was okay and when the defendant said "No" they threw out the case right there. I believe it is the defendant's right to object to the granting of a continuance by the prosecution if you spent the time to\ show up.

Thanks again

Kirk P.,

Ticket Assassin says: A more fair judge would immediately dismiss the case when the cop does not show. However, some do try to get the defendant to agree to return. You are totally correct that if the defendant REFUSES, the case is DISMISSED for LACK OF PROSECUTION. Sadly, these intimidated defendants don't know their rights and often agree to return when a moment of stiff spine would result in a dismissal.

I just found out 2 days ago, that the ticket I got in July has been cleared. I did not set foot in a courthouse, but paid my bail and requested a trial by written declaration. I used the stop sign template that was provided for me by you, and rearranged a few details, provided some photo's of the stop sign area, and finally got my response from the courthouse. I did not need to get the 2nd trial in person. Thank you for your help, the $25 investment was well worth it!!

Subject: Thanks to the Ticket Assassin I beat my ticket!

I read the hundreds of other testimonials on the site figuring they were all written by the site admin but once I started reading around on other websites how well this system works I had to see for myself.

I received a ticket for doing 50 in a 35 zone. The particular street I was cited on has a steep uphill followed by a steep downhill. As I made this transition from accelerating to braking I saw the officer and immediately knew I was going to be pulled over. Just like anyone else reading this, thoughts of out of work comedians in traffic school and money out of pocket in terms of the ticket and increased insurance rates left me completely PO ed. The officer was nice enough through the whole process and I was courteous during my stop but this was a speed trap in every sense of the term.

I ve tried fighting tickets in the past but like Pat says the traffic courts usually bully and intimidate drivers into bending over and taking the fine. Fighting the ticket by mail is the way to go! There s no court pressure and with the Ticket Assassin s advice I felt there was little chance I would loose.

Because of a little procrastination on my part and government holidays I was not able to get my documentation to the court by mail before the due date. So, I went to the traffic court in person to submit my paperwork. While I was waiting for my number to be called I couldn t help but notice all the other people looking as if they had a death sentence. Very few of them had any documentation to support their case. Chances are it didn t work out well for them. When it was my turn to submit my paperwork to the court clerk she informed me that the officer had not submitted their paperwork yet (it was the due date for the case). I then knew I had a really good chance of beating my ticket. Sure enough about a month later I received my letter stating the case was dismissed and a week after that I received my money back.

Never again will I simply pay a traffic fine without using the Ticket Assassin first!

Thank you,
Aaron L.

I just wanted to say that I took your advice, used the defenses that you suggested and today received my NOT GUILTY ruling in the mail. I will be receiving all 371 of my dollars back! I have been to court twice before for speeding and it's always an awful experience. It always seems that once you stand up nervous, tongue-tied and on display, you don't stand a chance against the judge and familiar officers. For once I feel like justice was really blind. I am ecstatic - thank you!

I want to send a huge thank you to you for your help with my speeding ticket last year. I thought I was toast when I got caught doing 105 in a 70 zone (and ticketed for 95 because the cop didn't want to cite me for reckless driving). I thought my insurance would go up like my sister's has with her ticket and a $361 fine hurts a recent college graduate a LOT, and I'd look like an idiot in court. Now almost 1 year later I have another (much less serious) speeding ticket to deal with and I am not sweating at all because I know exactly how to handle this.

Thanks to your site full of information and your individual help via email I got out scot free from the first ticket! I followed your instructions precisely and the best thing possible happened--I got a letter back with "Failure to Prosecute" and a refund check. Membership was the best $25 investment I ever made!

I have since become a legend in legal ju jistu amongst friends and family since tales of that have spread. Now when they all call me and ask what to do when they get a ticket, I refer them to your site. I have been pleased to hear of at least two who got the same result I did. My mother refuses to believe it is that easy and is now harassing me to go to law school because she thinks I must be so brilliant to work the courts like that (haha).

Everyone talks about fighting the Man, but you sir are seriously doing it.
Rock on!

Patrick says: We applaud the success of all our contesting members but caution that driving over 100 mph is best reserved for driving on a closed track in a car with a roll cage while wearing a fire-proof jumpsuit. On top of the safety risk, increased speed is costly. For example, the fine in California for 1-15 mph over the posted limit is $99. Once you hit 16-25 mph over the limit, this fine almost doubles to $175. If you top off at 26+ above the limit, the fine is $350 and most courts will not permit traffic school. Anyone accused of exceeding 100 mph is, at minimum, charged under CVC 22348b. This is a 2 point infraction with no possibility of traffic school and a total fine of $630. Though we've helped many members win these cases, they are tough to contest. Keep all this in mind, along with the weather, visibility and road conditions when selecting a safe driving speed.

I just wanted you to know that I went into the court today for my appearance date for arraignment. I went pro per and pleaded NOT GUILTY. I took a seat and the district assistant DA talked to me about a deal. He said the police report says I was going 120-150mph (completely false) and there were people within 40' of me (also completely false). I told him that those charges were false and that the police camera would show there was nobody present. He really didn't want to hear about the reasons, but said he would drop this down to a 1 point speeding infraction. I told him that this sounded good but that I wanted to be sure that the one point did not go to my insurance so I asked that he allow for traffic school in order to remove the point. He talked with a couple people and said that they agree to allow for traffic school and the $500 speeding fine. I don't think it was a 22350, I looked on my final paperwork and could not find the final INFRACTION that was enforced. Regardless $500 and no points is better than $2500 and no points ($2000 minimum for attorney). Your information was very helpful. Hopefully I don't have to use you again, but if so I will turn to your site first. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Hello and Merry Christmas!!! It's Friday afternoon December, 22nd. I just woke up from a restful nap and my wife came into the bedroom and woke me up. She asked me if I wanted some good news and I said sure. She informed me that my Trial de Novo set for January 31st had been cancelled. They dismissed my case for violation of VC 2818 because the officer had transfered!!!! Thanks for all of your help through this process. Even though I lost my trial by written declaration I was confident that I had a good chance of winning the Trial de Novo with your help. The dismissal before the trial is great news and a fun early Christmas present!!! I will definitely refer others to your service. Sincerely,

December 27, 2006

Thanks for replying Pat. The cop was a no-show, it seems the officer has been transferred/relocated, according to the judge. Again, thank you for your website, its been a big help. I wouldn't have had the courage to actually go on and ask for a trial de novo. I was this close to just accepting the guilty plea and doing traffic school, since the offer was tempting because they lowered the fine too. Good thing I didn't. Thanks again.

Hello Pat

I just wanted to thank you for helping me with my ticket. A few months ago, I received a ticket for "failure to stop at a red light" when making a right turn. I used your advice to fight the ticket via a trail by declaration and received a letter in the mail that my case was dissmissed, and that I'm not guilty. Now, I'm waiting for my $400 bail to be refunded. I can't thank you enough. Without your help I would have paid the $400, gotten a point on my driver record and my anual (insurance) premium would have gone up, too. None of this happend because of you.
Thank you!

I learned a lot from this site! Money very well spent!! The wealth of information on this site is incredible. I am highly recommending to all my friends so that they don't get taken for a ride by the system. Dear Patrick,

I am relieved to report that my case has been dismissed and all the credit goes to you.

Pat replies: Thanks. Congratulations on your win! I'll take the compliment, but give yourself a lot of credit for fighting back too. All I can really do is encourage and support--my members still have to face down court intimidation and put some small faith in the process and the POSSIBILITY of justice.

I admit, it was stressful because I worried about my car insurance going up and injustice that does occur in our judicial system but your advice was well worth it. You provide such excellent information in an understandable format. I feel strong because I didn't cave into the complicated web of paper and fancy wording of our laws that cloud our minds. As long as your members follow your advice, they have the tools and support to put up a decent strong fight. I can't thank you enough for thinking about the little people.

Thanks for your kind words and support. I think we each feel like "little people" until we stand up against overzealous policing and bullying courts. Win or lose, we feel bigger when we oppose any state-sponsored injustice. Obviously, I've contested many tickets over the years, winning most. The feeling of satisfaction in overcoming the entrenched power of the state is unique and empowering. Once experienced, it lights a fire inside that never completely goes out: hope in the possibility of justice. This hope grows into a belief in the necessity of justice. Later it becomes even stronger, becoming an EXPECTATION of justice. This, I think, is the correct attitude with which to approach the court. Every citizen should expect justice and fairness under the law from our courts. Only this expectation can prevent the typical abuses of power inherent in any authority, including our traffic courts.

November 6, 2006

No, we really need more people like YOU to remind us that we even have the possibility of winning!!! I know it sounds crazy, but I honestly had forgotten I even had rights! (Especially in the midst of all of the courts threats towards me because of this ticket.) You provide the most valuable service ever!!! It must feel just incredible to know how many people you are helping out there.

I'll be posting my outcome on your website soon for others to read about, but suffice to say, another ticket was fought AND WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still can't believe it. The funny part is, it isn't even about the "win". It was about the fact that some little "guy" out there actually fought against the system and got to be HEARD.

I couldn't have done any of this without you. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Subject: Another WIN for Ticket Assassin!!!

Hi Patrick:

I just opened my decision response from the S.F. Court & the Commissioner dismissed the case concerning my alleged stop sign violation! The letter went on to state that I should be getting my refund within 8 weeks. Anyway, I just wanted to relay to you my sincerest thanks for allowing me to maintain my record clean so as to not have my insurance rate to be raised (especially since I had lowered it earlier this year) but more importantly, your valuable information and guidance in this process. It definitely gave me the courage to protest this infraction without having to go to court. I most certainly will spread the word of this great service you provide to others. Keep up your good work and the good fight.

Thanks,
Phillip N.

October 25, 2006

Pat,

I wanted to tell you about my court appearance today. I went to the courthouse where I found about 40 other defendants awaiting to be allowed into the court room. One guy could be overheard telling the rest of us not to assume that our cases would be dismissed just because your officer does not show up for court. Of course, when the judge read off the names of the defendants who were present, then the names of the corresponding officers who were not present, these cases were dismissed immediately. I would say that for the 40 defendants in the court house, there were only about 8 officers who showed up for court. My last name starting with a "Y," I was the last person to be called. To my surprise, my arresting officer was not present! My case was dismissed (much to the judge's chagrin, who seemed to pause a long, long time before telling me that my case was dismissed) and I got the heck out of there! Thanks again Patrick!

HEYYYYYYYYYY guess what!!!!! I went to court today and the unexpected happened. haha i was so surprised. After talking to the cop for a while before court I finally convinced him to drop the charge to 100 mph (from speed in excess of 100mph)- so it was reduced to cvc 22349 if I'm correct. Went in front of the judge with the new plea judge said ok and then said fine of $ 320 with 1 point on my driving record and then i Asked, your honor i request traffic school. Thejudge looked at me and said... granted. haha i was like wow!! Than he asked when i was going to pay the fine and i said today/right now, so he said ok. Than he told me its a extra 20 for traffic school so i said yea that's fine. HAHA i was so happy and relieved. After I left the court room the cop followed me out with like 3 other of his friends/other cops. The cop was all pissed that I got traffic school. Anyways all the cops that were out there were like pissed and mad at me and where like, "your just lucky he's such a easy judge- I dont know why they have him." Then like some other cop just laughed and was like, good one kid. Then the cop who pulled me over, shook my hand and was like, good one. He was like, you're lucky and don't let me catch you again. I was just like, alright and then left. Haha wow!! What a success huh? thank you very much!!

It is my great pleasure to thank you for your email with the defense for CVC22102 (illegal Uturn). Today I received the letter that my citation has been dismissed and a full refund is coming! Your web site info is the best online purchase I've ever made. I also wanted to thank you for the last ticket I beat with the simple defense of "I am not guilty". This was for taking an illegal right turn where there were 4 signs saying not to do it (for no good reason). The cop was sitting there waiting for people and tried to lay a guilt trip on me. That was a sweet one. I recommend this site to everyone who even brings up the words, "I got a ticket". YEEEHAW!!!!!!! I'm going to Disney World, baby....and I'm speeding all the way. JKing.

The ticket was beat in the Santa Monica division. $146 is coming back and no points on the license.

"They" waited until the eleventh hour to send their decision, and I still have to wait up to 60 days for my refund check...BUT I GET MY MONEY BACK!! All $361.00 of it! Patrick,
I just received notice yesterday that my ticket was dismissed. The reason was "failure to prosecute". I figure that either I was convincing, or "Officer Obie" couldn't remember the details of the stop. Whatever the reason, I want to thank you for your help.

Hopefully, I will not be fighting another ticket in the near future, but I have told my son that I will help him with two that he has. One is a seatbelt violation.....and he had the seatbelt on when he was stopped!! He has filed his not guilty plea and is waiting for the paperwork from the court for his trial by written declaration.

After losing by mail I went into court and the officer didn't show so I won. Thank you so much for giving me the confidence for fighting my ticket and not taking "No" for an answer. Just a note, I know you say a lot of cops will come in because they're paid well for overtime, but I've asked quite a few friends of cops and they all have been told that they'd rather stay at home because... well, it's their day off. Lots of them have families and everyone has errands to do. So don't think that a cop is always going to show up. Thanks for all your help :)

Hey Pat

I thought I let you know that my case was dismissed in court yesterday. CHP Officer ******* was not there. Thank you for the courage and information. I probably would have lost, but I at least wanted my day in court and it would've been one hell of a fight. Luckily for me, I am two for two.

I am basically a safe driver but I get ticketed for frivolous violations that do not make any common sense. However, I will do my best not to get ticketed again. Thank goodness for information from you and that I have some legal recourse in which to fight back.

Thank you again

P.S. No offense, but I hope I don't have to hear from you again.

Crossing your fingers worked: the officer never showed for my Trial De Novo after my TBD decided and found me guilty. My case was DISMISSED before I even had a chance to be sworn in, nevermind present my evidence.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction with your website.

FYI - I listened to about 10 cases before mine, each involving CHP. Most all of them were speeding tickets. All defendants were found guilty when the officer showed up no matter the nature of the ticket or the defendant's story. Also, many of the "speeders" admitted in court that they were going over 65 (from 68 to 70, mostly). The judge would then use the phrase "by your own testimony..."

Thanks again! Good luck.

Subject: Another success story...

Patrick-

THANK YOU so much for helping me deal with my ticket in a way I felt confident about- and with the least amount of worrying and frustration I've dealt with yet.

I don't know if the officer didn't respond or not, but I won my traffic ticket case and got my money back after the written trial. I never would have thought of it, but at the end of one of your emails was the form letter for if the officer didn't write the car # down. Well he didn't, and so I was able to use that option. I finished my master's degree with little stress about the ticket.

Again, thank you!

I got my ticket dismissed and the court is sending my money back. Thank you. I followed your recommendations with a slightly different approach. My husband is much better than I am, he gets off during the conversation with the officer when he has been stopped, I only wish I had his skills.

This is about the 8th ticket we have gotten off in 9 years. But this ticket was the most difficult one being photographed going through a red light.

Thank you so much.

Hi Patrick,

A big hearty thank you for all your help!

I just received the transcript results of my trial by written declaration! It was dismissed! So now I eagerly await the $351 refund in the mail. The donation to your site was well worth it! Thank you again! You are welcome to use my letter of defense for your archives. Thanks again!

Hi Patrick,

I wanted to email and let you know that I'm truly grateful I came upon your site months ago. I received the court's decision in the mail today ... and my ticket has been dismissed! Because I had self-identified and the photo looked pretty incriminating, I was fully prepared for some bad news when I saw the envelope. Imagine my euphoria when I realized that my case was dismissed! I don't know which argument did the trick (I stuck in as many as I could) or if it was dismissed because the officer didn't submit a statement. Regardless, I couldn't be happier that I had submitted a TBD per your instructions when everyone told me it wouldn't succeed. Your site is a godsend!

Thank you so much!

Dear Patrick:

Well the results are in from the written declaration that I submitted to the Court. The Court found me to be "Not Guilty on both the speeding and driving on a suspended license.

I owe it all to you and your website. Thank you is nearly not enough to say just how awesome you are. The things posted on the website, along with the personal attention that you gave me are way above and beyond the $25.00 fee.

I will forever be gratiful to you for helping me get the ticket dismissed. At this very minute, I am holding in my hand, a form from the Court, showing that your website is everything and more needed to beat a traffic ticket.

AGAIN, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I give 100% support to TICKET ASSASSIN - FINALLY SOMEONE YOU CAN COUNT ON TO DIRECT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION - THE BEST EVER WHEN IT COMES TO BEATING TRAFFIC TICKETS...

Hi Patrick,

Just wanted to let you know that I fought and fought my ticket for exceeding 100 mph (22348b), going all the way through to a trial de novo. I went to court and the Judge dismissed my citation in 2 seconds because the officer did not show up. I don't know if the officer thought I wouldn't show because I was two hours away. Anyways, I just wanted to write back to let you know. Thanks for the help!!!

Hey Pat!

You DA Man!

I actually received news that my case got dismissed a couple of weeks ago, but I decided to hold off on spreading the good news until I received the official paperwork.

As for my situation, I got pulled over on September 27 in Union City, CA. The cop said I was doing 52, but he later wrote 53 on the citation. And this was a 45 mph zone, just ridiculous.

So I found your website and followed your directions to the letter. I think doing the TBD was the easy part, it was the long ass wait that was the true pain in the ass.

After 90 days of no news, I followed your advice and mailed a letter citing Court Rule 828(b)8, and I also decided to give the court a call and inquire of the status of my case. The lady I talked to said that the cop didn't file a report at all, and said that she will contact the clerk handling my case. I called a few days later, and this one friendly Filipino lady told me that my case got dismissed and that my $114 Bail should be in the mail a couple of weeks later. She also said to call the court again, just in case I don't receive it.

Well, I checked my mail today, and I received both the paperwork and my check! = )

What's incredibly ridiculous though is that on the Decision and Notice of Decision Form, it says that the Court's Decision was made on 2/28/06. That means that the court just left the decision to sit on its ass, waiting for me to seek the initiative on inquiring of the case's status.

I had friends who were extremely skeptical about my challenging the ticket and said that I either deserved it or that traffic school is a convenient alternative. I knew that traffic school would be on my record, and that it would cost a good deal of money. Additionally, I knew I didn't deserve the ticket at all. So yup, they were flat out wrong!

The contesting process was long, but what it all comes down to is that the charges never appeared on my record and that I got the bail amount back.

So thanks a lot for your indispensable help and service. Your advice was absolutely priceless.

For those skeptics out there, the $25 membership deal might sound like a lot of money, but when compared to the price of paying for a ticket and traffic school, this is definitely a bargain, and DEFINITELY well worth the fight. For me, I spent less than $35 for this entire process. The extra $10 was for the mail postage, certified mail, and all that stuff.

So Again, Thanks a Lot Pat!

YOU ARE THE TICKET ASSASSIN!!!

Hi Patrick,

I am so exited today! I won the case!! I was caught by a cop at midnight saying that I violated the red light (Which I didn't). I was so angry and I didn't feel guilty, so I finally found your website. You really helped me a lot.

When I got the result of the TBD which stated that "Guilty", I almost lost hope. Fortunately, you suggested me to try a trial de novo. Today in the courtroom, there were about 25 people. The judge was supposed to be there at 8:30 but he arrived at 9:30.I saw that there were only 5 cops present (but I couldn't recognize my cop): I don't know why there were so few cops present. 80% of the people in the room got their case dismissed because the officer was not present!! Even if the was cop present, those 5 unlucky person would still got the chance to take traffic school!

Now I know that I should fight the ticket till the last second!

Finally, I got back my 351 bucks after 6 months of fighting! The $25 to join your site is really worth it!! If I had found your website earlier, I would have fought my last ticket and avoided an insurance increase.

Thanks!

Hey Pat, just wanted to let you know I won my trial de novo yesterday. I hate how they take all criminal cases before the traffic cases. Good thing it was only a little over an hour. I am so happy you have this great service for the people of California, it really puts you to ease when you are able to go in the wolfs den prepared. There were only three tickets being fought that day and my accusing officer only had my ticket on his agenda, its great to win when you are not guilty. I wish I knew of your service about 9 years ago the last time I was given a ticket. Thanks to you, people are not getting scammed out of hundreds of dollars for false tickets that a ego cop wants to give to fill his or her quota or ego. You rule Pat and I tell everyone about you and how great your service is, I am proud to call you my friend.

There is a raging debate in our local papers at the moment with articles and many letters complaining over new aggressive police tactics on minor traffic infractions. Just a note to notify you that we have another win for a dismissal of 22350vc - Costa Mesa PD “Dismissed for lack of prosecution”. I have one more trial by declaration that I just sent out for a CHP 22349(a) on 395 on the way to Mammoth hopefully I’ll have the same outcome. Previously I fought and won 3 tickets by showing up and officers no showed however that tactic is much riskier than the trial by declaration.

Hello,
Got a mail from the San Francisco Court, they dismissed my speeding ticket! I was caught driving 50-55mph (cop's meter says 61mph! huh?!) on a 45mph NO other cars wide street. Thank you very much for putting all the USEFUL information on the web! My boyfriend and I used to spend a morning to go to the court, which is hard to find parking space, made us frightened, nervous, anxiety! Now, we just need to sit in front of our computer, type some words, print out the letter, drop the mail in mail box! That's it! Whoa, WONDERFUL!

I was searching traffic school then search this website (hehee). I even don't believe all the testimonials are true (just like the acne product ads on tv!). I also don't believe I am typing one of them! haha! Hopefully I could spread my happiness to all the American in the States :D

At first I wrote the mail to the court because I saw that you said the cop who caught me have to write a report to the court! He made me VERY VERY angry when he caught me. He took 10 minutes to write my ticket! haha I am curious about how long does he takes to finish the report!! Bonus is I got my money back! That is $237.95! I could get a tiffany bracelet now~ yah!

Please find the attached picture of the court's letter :D

Thank you soooooooooooooooooooo much! *kisses*

Patrick,
I just had to drop you a quick email to let you know what happened with our ticket situation. My wife and I both were pulled over within two weeks of each other in our home town taking our kids to school. We were both quite upset in the manner they had happened which caused me to surf the net and find your website.

We followed your instructions and contested both tickets using letters you supplied. In both cases we were found not guilty due to the officer not responding! I had contested a ticket once before several years ago. In that case, I went to court hoping my patrolman would not show up, but he did! Let me tell you, your system was far easier, stress free and it actually worked!

My wife's fine was for $189 and mine was for $137. The court already returned my wife's amount and mine is on it's way. I'd say that the $25 I spent on your services was well worth it!!

Thanks again for your help, Paul

February 14, 2006

First, I'd like to thank you very much! I thought all those testimonials were written by your wife, and my money was going to your Ferrari payment. But I contested my ticket by written declaration like you said, got the paper work back and totally forgot to send in my defense! You won't believe this, but they sent my money back anyway!

Thank you! I owe you $358.

Just wanted to say thanks. I received 2 tickets while traveling home from my in-laws over the Thanksgiving weekend (22356 (b) & 22349 (a)-- Speed at 85 mph). I took your advice and received 1 guilty verdict and 1 not guilty verdict. On the guilty verdict, I requested a Trial De Novo since the judge denied my request for traffic school and 2 weeks later the courts called me at home and asked if I would accept an online traffic school in lieu of a court appearance. Since the court is 3 1/2 hours from my house, I accepted. Any way's, thank you and keep up the good work.

Well I wrote you an email 3 months ago freaking out because my check had been cashed by the court. You wrote back reasuring me not to worry. Sure enough, last month I got a phone call from my wife telling me that I had a letter from the court. I told her not to open it...... but then I said, ok go ahead and open it, as my curiosity was getting the best of me. She read the 1st pg and then got to the second, and read those sweet words, "we the people find the defendant, NOT GUILTY" ( which was probably not the best time to read it to me, as I was driving on the freeway in heavy traffic.) So I won, and I have none other than to THANK BUT YOU Patrick. $264.50 worth of thanks. I have always believed in your site, ever since I first visited it. After being able to put this trial by declaration off for almost a full year, I recently received notification of the verdict. The case was dismissed! Interestingly enough, the judge's notes stated that it was dismissed per request of the citing officer. I personally don't think it was that simple, I hold that the judge probably called the officer and asked him to comment on my testimony leaving him no other choice than to fold.

I got a dismissal of the citation I received for CVC sec. 21755 - no points, no traffic school but got nailed for a $10 fine for not being in possession of my license at the time. The trial by declaration worked - glad I didn't have to take time off to see if people in the same court were getting the option of traffic school after losing, then going to court. When I read the vehicle code I thought the ticket was pretty ludicrous - I'll never know if the commissioner thought I was right or the CHP didn't do paperwork.

Thanks!

My recent traffic ticket case was dismissed by the SF court. Whether I was actually found not guilty, or the cop never sent in his statement, I don't know, but at any rate I am very happy to be getting my 500 dollars back. Thank you very much for all the information you provide and for helping me write the best argument that I could. I attached a copy of my letter to the SF courts for you to use parts of as a template for other people, if you would like. Once again, thank you, and I will pass the word to other people.

Hi Patrick,

Thanks so much for your help!! Recently, I received the written verdict in the mail from the traffic court, and I was found NOT GUILTY on both counts (VC 22450 and VC 16028a). I've also received a $167 refund check in the mail just couple of weeks ago.

Thanks again!! Your information has been immensely helpful!!

Hi Pat,

It's been awhile since I last emailed you. I wanted to let you know how my two Trial by Declarations turned out. The ticket I was fighting for my Mom (22349a) was dismissed! I was so happy and excited when I got the response from the court saying that it was dismissed and that they would return the bail amount submitted in full. The $25 membership fee for the Ticket Assassin sight has paid off many times over!

Thank you so much for all your help.

I'll call then =) Thanks soooo much for your help, Patrick. If my mom knew about me getting a ticket, therefore increasing my insurance, she'd probably take my car away and make me take the bus! Thanks so much!!

Pat,

I received my response in the mail today. I was found Not Guilty. I have no idea why the court reponded so fast, but I'm guessing the officer failed to get his paperwork in. I was really excited to win the case. I showed some of my friends and they couldn't believe it.

Thanks for all your help,
Chris

Woo hoo!!!!!!!

Dear TicketAssasin,

Today, I receive a letter from the LA Superior Court regarding my traffic citation that I contested by written declaration using Ticket Assassin's advice. The verdict: not guilty on all counts and bail ordered refunded due
to lack of response by citing officer! Thank you Ticket Assassin, you were worth every penny and made my day!!!!!!!

All the best,
Mike D.

Well Patrick, we're batting a thousand! As I told you a few weeks ago, I beat the u-turn ticket.....well, I just beat the red-light ticket as well. I had to go to court after losing the trial by declaration. As soon as I walked forward to present my case, they pulled up the picture of the driver on a big screen. It was clearly not me, so I didn't even have to go into any defense. They didn't ask me about the identity of the driver. I'm really happy I beat it, but I'm still pissed that I had to go down there. I had already presented them with the same photographic evidence.

Thanks so much for your site and great info. You have saved me a bundle!!!!!

Hi Patrick,

I actually don't remember which email I registered with but my violation was for speeding. I got caught speeding at 95mph in a 65mph zone going to Fresno. My citation was for 345 dollars and had no traffic school option. I already went through the whole process and just got my verdict yesterday, NOT GUILTY!! I would like to thank you soo much and am recommending your site to all my friends that need help in fighting any tickets they get. Thanks alot!!

Victory!

Pat you rule!! I got a ticket for changing lanes with out signaling, and you walked me through the process. The other day I get the verdict, the officer didn't send in a declaration so it was dismissed. Thank you so much I'm getting my $148 back. I have already told a few friends about you.

Patrick,

FYI, Today I received the not guilty verdict in the mail. Of course I don't know which part pursuaded him or whether the officer provided a written declaration--I just know it says not guilty. And originally I got 0 bail since my cash hadn't been flowing so I don't even have to wait for a bail refund.

Thanks for the help.

Patrick,

Today was my trial de novo court day. I was prepared and ready to present my case, especially since I found out one of the traffic light facing me does not even turn red while the perpendicular traffic light facing the chp
officer turns green. The officer did not show up, so my case was dismissed. I am little disappointed that I did not get to present my case.

Anyway, if I did not come across your website, I would not even have thought of fighting it through. Thank you for your assistance and providing us with your helpful insight and courage.

Attached is a notice of decision. I was found not guilty. Your system work. I feel good that I was able to beat the court at their own game. I will be getting my bail money refunded to me within sixty days. I could care less, it was the principle of the thing. I wish more law abiding citizens could use your advise to fight what I think is an abuse of our judicial system in the name of revenues.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know that this whole thing might sound trivial to most people. I happen to think that that you are doing a wonderful thing. I will passing on the information to my friends and family for a valuable service that you are providing.

Sincerely yours,
James (Jack) J.

Just wanted to let you know that I BEAT MY TICKET YESTERDAY! The officer didn't show up and the judge dismissed my case. I get my money back too! I was very surprised b/c there were at least 7 officers in the court room too, plus the tempature high was 106 degrees...so what better way than to beat the heat and hang out in an ac courtroom. I thought for sure the cop would show up since he bothered to submit his paperwork the first time around.

I also wanted to thank you for all of your help with my questions and constant nagging - lol! I posted the link to your website on a car forum that I visited and there are some wanting to you use your service, so I hope this helps!

Good news. My mandatory court appearance ends up "not" being mandatory after I requested a trial by written declaration and stated that no bail amout of included on the bail notice. They not only resent me a new form with a bail amount, but they stated that I could re-request my trial by written declaration, and they gave me another month and one half extension. Is working out great and allowing me to not have to pay the entire amount several weeks later. My $25 has already paid off!

Thanks patrick!

Thanks. I got the judgment yesterday. My claim was found true and the court clerk ordered to repay the fine of $145. I used the radar technical defense, included a map with distances, exact location of citing officer's vehicle, and marked the spot where the officer would have had to "spot" me. It cost me the $25.00 I sent you and certified mailing.

Dear Patrick, You rock! I found your site after waiting until the last minute to deal with my tickets. I followed your instructions and used your templates and the email fight began. Several months later I received a notice that one of my tickets had been dismissed (doing 80mph on 101), but I was to pay the other (doing 49 in a 35 zone, ticket by radar). So I went for broke and set up a court date to fight until the end. Well the end came and the cop didn't show so my second ticket was dismissed as well and I have you to thank. So Thank You for the information and all the help. You rock!

I actually already used some of the information you provided on the site. Cool thing is...it worked! My red-light camera ticket (I was simply turning right on a red light at an intersection) was dismissed using the speed trap arguement posted on your site. Thanks so much for this great resource.

Take care,

Patrick --
OK... the dust has finally settled. Here's the outcome:
Case 1 - Not Guilty. Refund of full bail amount ordered. A phony "WARNING" was issued by the Court claiming fine/bail was not paid.
Case 2 - Not Guilty. Refund of full bail amount ordered. A phony "WARNING" was issued by the Court claiming fine/bail was not paid. This case was also pending in excess of 90 days, in violation of California Court Rule 828.
Case 3 - Not Guilty. Refund of full bail amount ordered. A phony "WARNING" was issued by the Court claiming fine/bail was not paid. This case was also pending in excess of 90 days, in violation of California Court Rule 828.
